Fresh Cleaned Squid
Caught by boats from the South West Approaches and hand-picked from the market by our coastal team in Brixham, our Squid is as fresh as it gets! Each whole squid is then expertly cleaned and gutted by our own block men (filleters) and delivered straight to your door, all within 24 hours from when it was caught. The squid will arrive whole, ready to stuff or slice into calamari rings. It's a wonderfully versatile product that is easy to cook (no harder than cooking prawns) - enjoy grilled, sautéed or dipped in batter and deep-fried as crispy calamari.
