These scallops are fresh off day boats from Lyme bay and Start Bay just off the south coast of Devon. Each scallop has been hand-cut by expert fishmongers to make sure only the best are selected and are ready for you to cook at home.
- Each box contains: 10 to 18 medium scallops (500g per box)
- Cleaned and hand-cut
- Ready to cook
- Serves 4+
- Please consume within 3 days if kept refrigerated or follow instructions on the product label.
The daily fish market closes very early, so when ordering for 'next day' delivery, if fresh scallops are unavailable, we will use (previously) frozen scallops.
As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, product may be previously frozen or may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative.
