Prepped and ready to cook, the sea breams are filleted into carefully cut sizes by our experienced in-house bloc cutters. The perfect alternative to the sea bass but with a slightly sweeter taste, simply pan-fry or grill the sea bream fillets and enhance its flavours by using dill or fennel to give it an aromatic touch.
