Prepared as carefully cut fillets, these offer great value for a high-quality fish. A lean fish with mild and sweet flavour, and delicate flaky texture. It is very versatile and can be cooked through many different methods. These pan-ready fillets would make a quick and easy mid-week meal.

  • Each pack contains: 140g to 160g x 2
  • Boneless fillets, skin on
  • Serves 2 (one fillet each)
  • Suitable for freezing

Vacuum packed fish stays fresh for longer, but also allows odours to build up. Upon opening the pack, we recommend rinsing fish under cold water and allowing it to air for a few minutes.
