Our seaweed mix is a delicious medley of dulse & sea bean along with wild sea lettuce and cultivated wakame. Create tasty dishes adding fish, shellfish and salads. The mixture is combined with coarse salt to give extra depth to the flavour.
We love ours served alongside prawns and grains as part of a homemade poke bowl. Add to soups and stews or fry up with chilli & toasted sesame for an exquisite Chinese style side dish.
How to Use: Fill a large bowl with 2 litres of cold water. Place around 100g of the seaweed mix into the water. Stir to remove the coarse salt. Squeeze to remove excess salt. Change the water and put the sea vegetables back into soak for 5 minutes. Squeeze gently and use as you like.
