Organic Asturian Stew Pack
BienAstur is a family business, founded in 1954 in Oviedo in the North West of Spain. They are committed to using locally sourced and natural ingredients, creating delicious sausages and cold meats by following traditional Asturian recipes.
This gluten-free pack includes 100% natural oak smoked Chorizo and Morcilla, plus one piece of salted Pancetta. Simply finely slice each of the ingredients and stir into your dish as it cooks to add a wonderful depth of flavour. Typically used to make Asturian ‘Fabada’ a Spanish bean stew but is equally fantastic in chickpea or lentil dishes.
