With a variety of uses, we love horseradish sauce blended with smoked mackerel to create a tasty pâté. Alternativelty mix horseradish sauce with a little crème fraiche to reduce the intensity. Then place a spoonful of the mixture on a crostini and top with Wright Brothers beetroot gravadlax for the ultimate canapé. Not forgetting, a must have condiment to be served with a traditional British Sunday roast.

Tracklements are based in Wiltshire and produce a range of over 50 products. Everything is still made by hand, in small batches to traditional recipes which they still sniff out from recipe books, old and new, and distant countries.
