Our Frozen Whole Turbot are caught from the UK South West Coast and hand prepared by our fishmongers, supplied oven ready direct to your door. Available in two sizes
- Medium - (0.9kg-1.1kg serves 2-3 people)
- Large - (1.4kg-1.7kg serves 4-5 people)
Simply place the whole Turbot into a large roasting pan (once defrosted), splash with olive oil and roast in the oven for around 30-40 mins (see our recipe section for more detail). These whole Turbot are ideal to share and makes a great family weekend roast or statement dinner party dish.
